Laughing Buddha head on black stand

Laughing Buddha head on black stand
This carved head depicts a laughing Buddha, mouth wide open, eyes narrowed and ears elongated. Its paint is deliberately worn: it fades on the raised areas and lets the wood beneath show through, which accentuates the contours of the face. It is mounted on a rod fixed to a square black base. Available in verdigris or bronze red with gold highlights.
