Before you order: will your furniture fit?
Your new furniture is on its way: let's make sure together that it gets to its spot without a hitch. A tape measure and 10 minutes are all it takes, and our team is here to help.

1. Note the furniture's dimensions
Each product page lists the width, depth and height of the piece, in centimetres and inches. Pay special attention to the two smallest measurements: that is usually the way a piece goes through a door.
2. Measure the path, from the street to the room

Take a closer look at: stairs with a turn, outdoor staircases and door frames in older homes. A photo is often enough for us to confirm the piece will fit.
3. Choose the right delivery option
- Curbside: the piece is dropped off on the street, at the back of the truck. You then bring it inside: plan for some help with heavy pieces.
- White glove: our team carries the piece in, sets it up in the room of your choice and takes the packaging away. If a passage looks tight, let us know before delivery: we will check it with you.

4. Get ready for delivery day
- Clear the path and the spot where the piece will go.
- In winter, clear the snow and ice from the entrance, steps and walkways.
- Give us a complete address: civic number, postal code, floor, access code and a phone number where we can reach you.
- In a condo, book the elevator if your building requires it.
