At Exotik Mobilier, we want your order to arrive at your home in the best condition and at the best possible price. That’s why we offer free delivery in Greater Montreal, several free pickup points in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick, and two delivery options tailored to your needs.

1. Free Delivery and Pickup
Enjoy free delivery in the Greater Montreal area with any purchase of $799 or more (before taxes), or choose to pick up your order for free at one of our pickup points, including our Montreal warehouse.

3. Delivery Areas
We deliver small items throughout Quebec and Canada via Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post.
For larger items, our delivery team operates within a radius of approximately 280 km from our Montreal warehouse.
Living farther away? Take advantage of one of our 11 free pickup points in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick (see section 2). For direct home delivery outside the zone, contact us for a personalized quote.
4. Delivery rates
Our delivery rates vary depending on distance and type of service chosen. For home delivery, prices start at $69 (at the foot of the truck). The applicable rate is automatically calculated at your cart when ordering online.

Distances are calculated by road (Google Maps) from our Montreal warehouse, not as the crow flies. The applicable rate zone is confirmed at checkout or by our in-store team.
5. Availability and preparation times
The vast majority of our furniture is in stock at our Montreal warehouse and ready to ship — unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet.
This makes a significant difference: most furniture stores work on order, with lead times of 8 to 16 weeks between purchase and delivery. At Exotik Mobilier, your order is prepared in 5 to 7 business days, then delivered according to standard lead times.
6. Types of delivery
White gloves
Full service including transportation, specialized handling, indoor installation, assembly, and packaging removal. Our team places the furniture in the room of your choice.
Standard — at the foot of the truck
Drop-off on the street, at the foot of the truck only. Installation is not included, and the customer is responsible for carrying the goods inside their home. Any delivery to another location (entrance, garage, doorstep) must be specially noted on the invoice, agreed upon in advance.
7. Photos upon receipt
We strongly encourage you to take photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as of the items received. These photos are essential for processing any claims, especially when delivery is made by a third-party carrier.
We also recommend inspecting the goods at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery team when possible, and noting any reservations on the delivery slip before signing it.
8. Preparation for receiving your delivery
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we ask the customer to make sure the following conditions are met:
Clear space — The delivery area and access path must be completely cleared at the time of delivery.
Winter period — Entrances, stairs, and access points must be cleared of snow and ice and safe for our team.
Accessibility — The location must be easily accessible to our vehicles, without traffic restrictions. For white glove service, the customer must ensure that doors, corridors, stairs, and elevators allow the passage of the furniture.
Complete address — Civic number, postal code, floor, access code, and reachable phone number must be provided at the time of order.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the furniture dimensions before ordering. Furniture that does not fit in the intended space is not considered a defect. Our team remains available to assist you with these verifications before purchase.
9. Transparent Pricing — No Surprise Fees
Our principle is simple: no fees will ever be charged without your prior approval, whether you buy online, in-store, or by phone.
The price displayed in your cart or on your invoice is the price you pay.
In very rare cases (exceptional handling, very heavy item requiring a third person), our team may contact you to confirm delivery details. A small additional fee may then be necessary. You can approve it, choose a free pickup point, or cancel your order without charge. Please note that this type of situation is very rare.
10. Delivery Refusal
Our team always does its best to contact you before and during delivery to avoid any inconvenience. In case of unforeseen events (wrong address, difficult access, absence at delivery), we will contact you to find the best solution together.
However, when delivery cannot be completed despite our efforts, fees may apply to cover incurred costs: empty trip, prolonged waiting, or second attempt.
In case of delivery refusal without valid reason or return of the package to our warehouse, round-trip transportation costs as well as restocking fees of 15%, up to a maximum of $100, will be deducted from the refund.
